I am a Registered Counselling Therapist candidate (RCT-C) who lives and works in the City of Lakes – Dartmouth N.S., but modern day technology allows me to support clients across the Maritimes! I specialize in perinatal mental health, and enjoy working with parents of children across all developmental stages.
My own adjustment to motherhood came with challenges – particularly with guilt, anxiety and isolation that accompanies many parents’ early experiences. Giving back to the perinatal community and helping clients through similar challenges brings so much meaning to my work.
